You can check the next due date of your services and domains within your Account Portal by following the instructions below.
I. To check the next due date of your services:
You can access the Products & Services section through your Home Dashboard or by navigating to the left sidebar and selecting the "My Services" option
On the next screen, you will see a list of your services, as well as their pricing, billing cycle, next due date and current status. You can also click on the three dots right next to each service for additional product details and management options.
II. To check the next due date of your domains:
You can access the Domains section through your Home Dashboard or by navigating to the left sidebar and selecting the "My Domains" option
On the next screen, you will see a list of your domains, as well as their next due date and auto-renew status. You can also click on the three dots right next to each domain for additional management options.
