A Support PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that is used to verify you as the owner of the account or an user authorized to manage it. We may require this pin for validation when you contact our team for assistance.
Your Support PIN is displayed on the home page of your Account Portal. Simply log into your Account Portal Area at: https://secure.gate.com/ and check the right hand side of the screen:
Your Support PIN cannot be customized; however, you can generate a new one by clicking on the "Generate New PIN" button.
